Bothell Campus, new STEM Building consisting of 4 levels of concrete construction, expanding in width as the structure was built into the hillside: MTC’s services included a multi-disciplined resident inspector for inspection and testing of reinforced concrete, proprietary anchoring systems, site steel erection & welding inspections, steel framing, cold-form demising walls, fireproofing, exterior masonry veneer mechanical anchorages and asphalt paving.

School relocation project: MTC’s scope of services included inspection of subgrades, roadway and parking construction, and utility backfill – during this phase, the client requested that MTC take over as Geotechnical Engineer of Record (GEOR). When the contractor noticed an apparent hydrocarbon sheen on excavated soils, MTC was requested to perform a limited environmental sampling and confirmation testing.

New elementary school: MTC's scope of services included inspection and testing of reinforced concrete, proprietary anchoring systems, lateral wood, brick veneer, high strength bolting, relative humidity testing, non-destructive testing, earthwork and asphalt compaction.
