Services include Inspection of all on-going construction activities, materials testing of various construction materials, fabrication shops, environmental concerns, water quality monitoring and CESCL services, construction management & acting as the port representative.

New large pile-supported wharf with pile-supported trestles connecting the wharf to land located approximately 600 feet offshore at water depths of 60 to 100 feet: During this multi-year project, MTC provided a resident multi-disciplined team to provide inspection and testing of all on-going construction activities including pile construction, reinforced concrete, structural steel welding and high strength bolting and stadium testing.
