Construction of a 7.5-mile-long water transmission pipeline from the Everett water transmission pipelines near US Highway 2 on the west side of the Snohomish River, north to 88th Street NE and 27th Ave. NE on the Tulalip Tribes Reservation: MTC provided construction management services, inspection and testing of structural steel and reinforced concrete, geotechnical consulting and compaction testing of soils and asphalt.

The project involved switching the community’s septic-based water system to a sewer-based system, thus ensuring a more sustainable approach to water management for the community: MTC's services included inspection and testing of reinforced concrete, structural steel welding, high strength bolting, column base grouting and structural masonry, earthwork and asphalt testing.

Installation of biofiltration trench along the property line at the base of the existing slope: MTC’s services included geotechnical consulting and engineering services as well as inspection and testing of earthwork, reinforced concrete and proprietary anchoring systems and compaction testing.
