New two-lane bridge over Interstate 5 connecting portions of 156th Street NE to the east and west of the freeway and a connector: MTC's services included a resident multi-disciplined inspector for inspection and testing of reinforced concrete, structural steel welding and non-destructive testing, earthwork and asphalt compaction services. MTC also provided geotechnical engineering consultation services.

$10 million federal, state and city funded new road extension project: MTC provided a full-time resident geologist / field inspector to provide construction oversite as well as inspection of native sub-grade for over-excavation recommendations, compaction testing of soils and asphalt, observation of placement and sampling and testing of concrete.

2016 Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) overlay project included paving the WSDOT owned intersection of Airport Road and Evergreen Way to State Route 99: During the month long paving work, MTC provided day and night shift technicians for on-going asphalt compaction testing as well as asphalt plant sampling and all associated laboratory testing. Total tons placed 13,032.
